I have a furnished room for rent in my beautiful home 5 minutes from Chemainus (Saltair).
$700 includes basic TV, Internet, utilities, parking, washer dryer, walk in closet, jacuzzi tub, heated floors, cedar built in vanity desk and drawers and much more. (Except your groceries).
Work and personal references required, prefer working female (room was my daughters and is designed for a female).
A long term arrangement is preferable, but will consider a shorter term with the right person.
I am a quiet mature man looking for a compatible housemate, with excellent references, to share this lovely space.
